What You'll Do:

  • Support group and sales business from initial inquiry through arrival and follow-up.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, group resumes, event orders, presentations, and other sales documents.
  • Assist with group room blocks, rooming lists, pickup tracking, reservations, special requests, and group arrivals.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, meeting planners, group contacts, and local business partners.
  • Maintain accurate account, group, contract, and sales activity records in Delphi FDC and applicable Hilton systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with tracking leads, bookings, group pickup, account production, and sales activities.
  • Support prospecting, client follow-up, site tours, local sales efforts, networking, and community partnerships.

  • Provide on-site support for key group arrivals, meetings, client functions, and hotel events as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hotel or hospitality work experience required.
  • Previous hotel sales, Sales Coordinator, group sales, or event coordination experience is highly preferred.
  • Hilton hotel experience is highly preferred; experience with other major hotel brands is also valuable.
  • Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, Front Office, or other hotel operations experience is welcomed.
  • Previous sales or business development experience in any industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Professional and comfortable communicating with guests, clients, meeting planners, and community partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Delphi FDC, Hilton PEP, OnQ, or other hotel systems is a plus.
