About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Guide who will be responsible for leading a studio of 15-20 students, designing and facilitating learning experiences, and building a strong, values-driven culture.This role blends teaching, coaching, and leadership.


This role is ideal for educators with 2-3 years of experience who are looking to be part of an innovative educational organization and develop further in their career.

What Youll Do

  • Lead a studio of students through daily learning experiences
  • Track student progress using academic data and deliver 1:1 coaching / instruction
  • Design and prepare learning experiences (projects, writing, discussions, exhibitions, events)
  • Communicate regularly with families about student progress and key events
  • Build a strong studio culture focused on ownership, respect, and accountability

Qualifications
