About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Guide who will be responsible for leading a studio of 15-20 students, designing and facilitating learning experiences, and building a strong, values-driven culture. This role blends teaching, coaching, and leadership.
This role is ideal for educators with 2-3 years of experience who are looking to be part of an innovative educational organization and develop further in their career.
What You'll Do
- Lead a studio of students through daily learning experiences
- Track student progress using academic data and deliver 1:1 coaching / instruction
- Design and prepare learning experiences (projects, writing, discussions, exhibitions, events)
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress and key events
- Build a strong studio culture focused on ownership, respect, and accountability

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field - Education or STEM majors preferred
- 2-3+ years of teaching experience, preferably with elementary-age children
- Strong reliability, organization, and attention to detail
- Lead classroom experience is significantly more valuable than assistant roles

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $40,000-$70,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
- Schedule: Full-time (8:00am-4:00pm)
- 10-month school year, with June as a working month and July off
- Paid holidays and school breaks
