***This is a part-time position, offering 12-22 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.***

COMPENSATION

  • Earn between $15 to $22 per hour
  • Base Pay
  • Wax Pass Commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Assisting guests in the check in and check out process
  • Answering guest calls and text messages
  • Managing reservations (booking, rescheduling, canceling, etc.) in person and over the phone
  • Helping guests with any questions they may have and escalating to management when needed
  • Educating guests on our wax passes, rewards, and promotions
  • Completing downtime tasks to keep our center organized and clean
  • Completing opening, shift change, and closing tasks
