Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join ourteam and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls,taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and itsservices. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability tomulti-task, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will beorganized, friendly, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into thesystem
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department orindividual
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest service or a related field is preferred
