  • Review guest folios, room charges, adjustments, and payments to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Waterpark, and other departments.
  • Respond to guest and internal billing inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate billing documentation, reports, and financial records.
  • Process billing corrections, refunds, direct bill accounts, and other account adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Support month-end and daily reconciliation processes by verifying billing data and resolving outstanding balances.
  • Assist with administrative projects, reporting, and process improvements that enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest financial information while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required

  • Career growth opportunities with promotion from within
  • 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time associates
  • Employee appreciation events, discounts, and perks at all resorts
  • Education assistance programs to help advance your career
