What will you be doing?
  • Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all requests.
  • Take responsibility for all chemicals and equipment assigned.
  • Deliver clean linens to and from the guest floors in response to occupancy and supervisor's requirements.
  • Remove all garbage, cots, cribs and dishware from the guest floors and return to their designated locations.
  • Carry out specialized cleaning projects to approved level of competency and productivity, such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, windows and ice machine cleaning etc.
  • Move guest room furniture to and from guest rooms as required by the guest and supervisor.
  • Support work efforts of other Housekeeping associates, as directed.
  • Follow appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?
  • Must be punched in, in proper uniform, and ready to work as scheduled.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and carry their equipment on a regular and extended basis.
  • Must be a reliable, responsible conduit between the associates and the management.
  • Minimum of one year in a hotel housekeeping department preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of the housekeeping policies and procedures, room cleaning procedures, chemical usage and handling and equipment usage and handling.
