Guardian Pharmacy of Colorado is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Hospice Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships and helping hospice providers deliver exceptional patient care.
As the face of Guardian Pharmacy of Colorado, you will develop and maintain partnerships with hospice organizations, healthcare professionals, and community partners while promoting our pharmacy services throughout your assigned territory.

Essential job functions (include the following):
โ€ข Call and visit current customers to enhance and facilitate positive working relationships between customers and the pharmacy
โ€ข Market pharmacy as preferred provider of pharmacy services to existing customer base to increase penetration of services and patients served
โ€ข Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high level of service level to customers, following all service related issues through to resolution.
โ€ข Maintain customer relationships and perform as an "expert" advisor to facilitate problem-solving with the goal of 100% customer retention
โ€ข Ensure initial servicing of new customer residents is smooth and error free by acting as liaison/quality assurance point person upon startup of service
โ€ข Responsible for the training of new facility staff during start up
โ€ข Assist in data collection of new facility start-ups to ensure smooth and error free start up
โ€ข Provide consulting services to customers to assist in compliance
โ€ข Provide in-service training to customer staff as needed
โ€ข Participate in marketing efforts to potential customers
โ€ข Actively participate in local association meetings related to assisted living/long term care facilities
โ€ข Required to work in pharmacy operations on an as needed basis, providing assistance in the areas of medical records and order entry
โ€ข Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education and/or Certifications:
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
โ€ข Valid driver's license and clean driving record
โ€ข Nursing/healthcare background preferred
โ€ข Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirement) preferred; National Certification preferred (PTCB)
โ€ข Experience in sales and/or account management preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
โ€ข Excellent customer relations skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
โ€ข Experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, hospice, home health, or long-term care is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
โ€ข Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
โ€ข Great attention to detail and accuracy
โ€ข Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
โ€ข Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
โ€ข Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
โ€ข Knowledge of LTC or pharmacy industry
Work Environment:
โ€ข Requires up to 75% travel, by air and ground
โ€ข Ability to work flexible hours
