We create a laid-back atmosphere with comfortable seating areas and modern dental treatment suites. We use the latest technological tools in dentistry, including digital X-rays, ultrasonic instrumentation, and digital scanning. Our goal is to ensure that every patient is extraordinarily pleased with their dental experience.

Position Highlights

• Full-time or part-time General Dentist position

• 25,000 Sign On Bonus

• Minimum guaranteed salary: $200,000 year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

• $2,500 Annual CE Budget

• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base - No Medicaid

• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

• Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 minimum annual salary - move to higher earnings through collections

• Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

  • Restorative procedures

  • Extractions (simple and surgical)

  • Crown & Bridge

  • Endodontics (Root Canals)

  • iTero scanning

  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
