Company Description Guardian Restoration & Roof is a veteran- and woman-owned company based in Georgia, dedicated to helping property owners with disaster-related roof and restoration needs. The team specializes in responsive, reliable service for residential and commercial clients facing storm, water, or structural damage. The company operates with a strong commitment to integrity, safety, and quality workmanship. Guardian Restoration & Roof is available whenever customers need support, focusing on timely solutions and long-term relationships.

Role Description This full-time Roofing Sales role is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, and presenting proposals to property owners. The role involves educating customers on roofing and restoration options, coordinating with project managers and crews, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to project execution. The Roofing Sales professional will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, manage a personal sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate customer schedules.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing techniques.
  • Basic construction or roofing knowledge, with the ability to learn roof systems, materials, and inspection practices.
  • Communication and presentation skills for explaining repair options, estimates, and contracts in clear terms.
  • Organization and time management skills for managing a sales pipeline, scheduling appointments, and updating CRM records.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to travel locally in Jacksonville, FL for on-site visits.
  • Proficiency with common office software and mobile tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, digital photos).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to safely access roofs and job sites as required.
  • Prior experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or field sales is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or industry certifications in construction or sales are a plus.
