As a Security Officer - Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Credential Verification & Access Control: Verify credentials, event wristbands, badges, and digital crew lists at venue access control points and check-in stations.

Crowd & Access Management: Monitor guest flow, prevent bottlenecks at entry points, manage high-density event zones, and deliver professional customer service. Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be at least 21 years of Age Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better

You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process) Must have a valid drivers license. Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require.

Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence.
