These positions typically require advanced skills, extensive experience, and often involve long hours and high responsibility.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Guard Tech, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Guard Tech, you need a solid understanding of security protocols, surveillance techniques, and often a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum qualification. Familiarity with security systems, alarm monitoring software, and sometimes relevant certifications like CPR or security licensure are commonly required.
