Job description

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to sit at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between a fastmoving Work AI platform and our customerfacing teams, turning launches, roadmap bets, and complex product capabilities into clear, usable narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue impact across the gotomarket organization.

You will also be a key builder and collaborator on our AIfirst enablement vision: using Glean and agents to turn fragmented launch signals into roleaware guidance, inflow practice, and visible readiness signals. Instead of relying on pointintime trainings alone, you'll design and build an alwayson, AIassisted enablement system that keeps GTM teams current on what changed, why it matters, and how to use it in real deals. For this role, you must be excited to use AI to build new workflows and processes from a first principles, AI-first approach.

You will:

  • Own the GTMfacing layer of product enablement, translating release notes, specs, and technical documentation into "what this means for the field" guidance: when to use new capabilities, which personas and use cases to target, and what proof points and stories to lean on.
  • Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams (Initially the focus will be Sales, but can expand and overlap to SEs/SAs, Customer Outcomes, Support, Partnerships), covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platformlevel narratives.
  • Design and deliver highimpact enablement sessions on new features, packages, and workflows, with a focus on active practice, demos, and application to real customer scenarios, not just slides.
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure GTM teams are launchready for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases, with clear talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and enablement bundles.
  • Work with Field and Technical Enablement peers to embed product learning into broader programs such as onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement, so product knowledge shows up in how we sell and support, not just in standalone trainings.
  • Design and operate an AIfirst "launchtoenable" loop: help define how product changes (release notes, docs, support patterns) become structured launch briefs, rolebased guidance, and inflow practice using Glean and agents as the backbone.
  • Partner with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build and maintain AIpowered enablement surfaces (e.g., roleaware "what's new" views, browseroverlay guidance, agentdriven labs) that deliver justintime coaching in the tools where GTM already works.
  • Act as a champion and codesigner of our AIfirst enablement system by collaborating on 30/60/90day MVPs (e.g., an enablementowned launch hub, roleaware readiness signals, agentassisted certifications) and feeding field feedback back into our AI enablement roadmap.
About you:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS gotomarket roles such as product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar roles with heavy product ownership and field interaction.
  • Proven track record translating complex, technical, or AIheavy product concepts into simple, compelling narratives, talk tracks, and trainings that GTM teams actually use in the field.
  • Strong familiarity with modern valuebased sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, or similar) and how product stories must align to business problems, outcomes, and proof points, not just features.
  • Solid understanding of how AI products work at a conceptual level (e.g., large language models, retrievalaugmented generation, knowledge graphs, security and permissions), even if you are not a deep technical expert, and curiosity about how Work AI changes selling and customer workflows.
  • Handson experience using AI tools to design, deliver, or scale enablement, for example, using AI to draft curricula, build interactive labs, power selfserve Q&A, or run lightweight, agentassisted certifications.
  • Strong project and program management skills: able to juggle multiple launches, stakeholder groups, and content streams while keeping timelines, dependencies, and success metrics clear.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a highchange environment, you can keep up with a fast product release cadence, find signal in the noise, and quickly determine what the field actually needs versus what would be "nice to have."
  • A systems thinker who gets excited about turning oneoff trainings into durable, AIpowered enablement experiences, you think in terms of loops, signals, and workflows, not just events.

Location

  • This role is hybrid (4 days a week in one of our office locations NYC, Nashville, SF, Mountain View)
