Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Allbound Marketing Strategist based in Netherlands.

This role is designed for an experienced go-to-market professional who can connect business strategy, revenue operations, technology, and customer experience.
You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping partners understand their current GTM challenges and build scalable paths toward measurable growth.
The position combines consultative discovery, strategic planning, HubSpot expertise, and hands-on collaboration with technical specialists.
You will shape foundational GTM elements including ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue processes.
Success will be measured by the business outcomes and improvements you help partners achieve, rather than simply by project completion.
The role offers an opportunity to work across diverse challenges in a collaborative, fast-moving environment while incorporating AI and emerging technologies into modern GTM strategies.
You will also contribute to evolving methodologies, playbooks, and best practices as the organization continues to grow.

Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand partner business goals, GTM motions, customer journeys, revenue challenges, and operational priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated, scalable go-to-market and revenue strategies, including ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue operations.
  • Translate business objectives into practical GTM solutions through strategic design, HubSpot implementation, and collaboration with GTM Engineers and technical specialists.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio, helping partners prioritize initiatives and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor partner health, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously optimize strategies to improve measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers and specialists across paid media, content, delivery, and other functions to create cohesive solutions and strong partner experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of GTM methodologies, playbooks, processes, best practices, and service offerings.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve GTM efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Manage multiple priorities and engagements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and consistent delivery.
  • Communicate strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and help stakeholders confidently move from strategy to execution.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing go-to-market or revenue strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading consultative discovery conversations and translating complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including relevant CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Data Hub capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Clay is required.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, GTM strategy, CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, pipeline management, reporting and analytics, process optimization, and customer journey design.
  • Experience working in consulting, agency, SaaS, high-growth, or similarly fast-paced environments is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the ability to identify practical applications for AI within GTM strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence decisions through curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to connect people, processes, technology, and data to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong ownership, adaptability, initiative, and willingness to work hands-on when needed.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and genuine interest in learning, experimentation, and evolving GTM practices.
Benefits
  • Remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, with most costs covered for eligible full-time US-based employees.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 1.5% match on the first 2% contributed for eligible employees.
  • Paid family leave, including 12 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Unlimited vacation and company holidays.
  • Monthly day of rest, with the last Friday of each month off.
  • Access to meditation and mindfulness resources for employees and their families.
  • Company-wide week of rest during the final week of each year.
