Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Product Owner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This candidate will report to the Product Manager and work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to assist with healthcare software sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)

· Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features, releases, and platform updates.

· Drive product launch campaigns and coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, sales, marketing, and leadership.

· Partner with leadership to create compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demo scripts.

· Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing assets, product videos, website copy, and customer-facing documentation.

· Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify differentiators and inform product direction.

· Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to tailor messaging across target markets.

· Gather and synthesize customer insights, feedback, and usage data to inform both product and marketing decisions.

· Track and report on marketing performance metrics tied to product adoption, pipeline influence, and customer retention.

· Support brand consistency by ensuring all product communications align with Savas Software’s mission and voice.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Marketing or related field, (or 5+ years as a Marketing Product Owner).

· Strong knowledge of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR/payer/provider platforms).

· Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI, PII)

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Experience providing software demonstrations

· Ability to collaborate with the team and contribute to usability improvements.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Comfortable speaking to small groups and explaining concepts clearly.

· Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

· Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage scheduling.

· Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI (preferred).
