We have an opening for a Mid- to Senior-level Geologist in our Irvine, California office. Come join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Managing small to regional multi-disciplined projects.
  • Developing and implementing technical approaches for completing site characterization activities.
  • Preparing written proposals, managing project budgets and subcontractors, and communicating with project managers, clients, and regulators.
  • Providing technical training and support to staff.

  • Professional registration in California as a Geologist (PG) is required.
  • 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in the Irvine Office.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology or similar.
  • Experience with completing fieldwork and managing projects subject to regulatory review and oversight in California.
  • Knowledgeable with California and Federal environmental regulations, including but not limited to waste characterization/disposal, DWR CA Well Standards, RCRA, and CERCLA.
  • Extensive experience managing and overseeing environmental investigations and drilling programs and sampling various types of environmental media.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment both in the field and in the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willing to travel and perform fieldwork.
