About the job 

The Senior Director, Global System Integrator (GSI) Partnerships is a global leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for strategic GSI alliances to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and joint value creation. This leader operates at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution, ensuring effective orchestration of co-sell and co-delivery motions aligned to global sales priorities, industry focus areas, and strategic solution plays.

The role oversees a core team of Global Account Managers and a broader regional overlay organization of Regional Alliance Managers, partnering closely with enterprise sales leadership, Professional Services Delivery leaders, Global Channels, and GSI partner organizations to translate shared objectives into scalable, repeatable growth outcomes.

Work Location: Position is open to work in the US or Marlow, UK, based on where the candidate is eligible to work. 

As a Senior Director, Global System Integrator (GSI), you will: 

  • Develop and execute a global GSI partnership strategy that aligns with corporate growth goals, industry priorities, and market expansion opportunities. 
  • Translate long-term strategic objectives into annual plans that drive ACV and ARR growth while supporting future business objectives.
  • Prioritize key GSIs, target markets, industry solutions, and platform use cases to maximize revenue impact and partnership success.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic GSI partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for partnership issues.
  • Lead governance and alignment activities, including steering committees, executive business reviews, and operational cadences to drive accountability and results.
  • Oversee global co-sell and co-delivery motions, ensuring seamless partner integration throughout the sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to delivery execution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, services, channels, and partner leadership teams to drive strategic account planning, relationship mapping, and joint revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

Required qualifications 

  • Typically requires eighteen years of marketing, sales, business partner relationship development, or technical function within the technology industry. 
  • Eight years of management experience, including demonstrated success leading high-performing, results-driven teams.
  • Proven enterprise sales experience with responsibility for revenue growth, quota attainment, and strategic account success.
  • Experience working for or managing GSIs, such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, PwC or similar.
  • Detailed experience working in services and consulting sales, including; implementation, managed services and transformation engagements.
  • Proven familiarity and success working within channel and partner sales, including; alliances, co-sell, and ecosystem go to market models.
  • Proven success developing and executing 3-5 year partner strategies that drive revenue, pipeline, and market growth.
  • Ability to translate long-term strategy into clear annual priorities, execution plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive-level influence skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
