Job description

Job Summary:
TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company focused on providing innovative information management solutions to federal government customers. The Senior Application Developer will lead software development efforts, ensuring compliance with DoD standards while overseeing the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of applications across the NMOTC enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Lead development of web and enterprise applications to support NMOTC operations
• Ensure compliance with DoD software standards and cybersecurity protocols
• Create technical design documents, code, test plans, and deployment packages
• Maintain and update legacy code bases; migrate to modern frameworks where needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and user stories
• Perform software and system integration, testing, and sustainment
• Support ATO packages and RMF documentation as required
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT or 10+ years of relevant development experience.
• At least one DoD IAT II Certifications
