Theย ITย Product Owner - Revenue Growth Managementย will serve as the technical owner for BIC'sย RGMย tools, with accountability for the solution roadmap, demand intake, implementation delivery, ongoing enhancement management, and overall application stewardship. This role will provide direction on theย RGMย applicationsย strategy, ensuring theย toolsย evolves in line with business prioritiesย andย process requirements, and BIC's broader global IT strategy.ย 

  • Serve as the technical owner and primary IT point of accountability for theย RGMย applications -ย e.g.ย TPM/TPOย and pricing optimization.ย 

  • Manage the demand intake process, prioritize requests, and translate business needs into a clear application roadmap.ย 

  • Define and evolve theย RGMย applicationsย strategy in alignment with BIC's global IT strategy and business priorities.ย 

  • Lead the implementation of the TPM/TPO tool and oversee future enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.ย 

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution supports TPM processes and broader RGM objectives.ย 

  • Manage the vendor relationship, performance, and service delivery, including quarterly business reviews and issue escalation.ย 

  • Ensure the platformย remainsย scalable, governed, and fit for purpose asย theย business andย processesย evolve.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Application Ownership and Strategy:Own the TPM/TPO applicationย andย other RGM toolsย from an IT product and platform perspective. Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for the tool, ensuring alignment with businessย objectives, TPM process needs, architecture principles, data strategy, and BIC's global IT direction.ย 

  • Demand and Backlog Management:Manage the intake, triage, prioritization, andย tracking ofย business requests, defects, enhancements, and technical improvements. Balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform strategy and ensure that priorities are transparent, well-governed, andย value-driven.ย 

  • Business Partnership:Work closely with Commercial, RGM, Finance, Sales, and other business stakeholders to understand process needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Translate those needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and delivery plans that support business outcomes.ย 

  • TPM Process Expertise:Bring a strong understanding of TPM processes and how they connect to broader RGM processes at BIC. Use this knowledge to challenge requirements, recommend better solutions, and ensure the applicationย supports effective planning, execution, settlement, analytics, and process governance.ย 

  • Implementation Leadership:Lead the implementation of the TPM/TPO tool, including planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, testing support, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Ensureย deliveryย milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions are actively managed.ย 

  • Enhancement and Release Management:Oversee future releases, upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure enhancements are properly scoped, prioritized, tested, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.ย 

  • Vendor Management:Own the relationship with the TPM/TPO vendor and hold them accountable forย deliveryย quality, responsiveness, service levels, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment. Coordinate regular governance forums and drive structured performance management.ย 

  • Quarterly Business Reviews:Lead preparation for and execution of quarterly business reviews with the vendor and key stakeholders. Review performance, open issues, roadmap progress, support trends, risks, value delivered, and opportunities for improvement, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked to closure.ย 

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:Partner with enterprise architects, integration teams, data teams, security, infrastructure, support teams, and project managers to ensure the solution is sustainable, secure, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.ย 

  • Governance and Decision Support:Follow the BIC IT governance for demand management, solution decisions, enhancement approvals, and release planning. Provide recommendations grounded in business value, technical feasibility, process impact, and total cost of ownership.ย 

  • Adoption and Operational Readiness:Support business readiness and user adoption by partnering with stakeholders on communications, process alignment, testing, training inputs, and transition to support. Ensure the platform is operationallyย stableย and that support processes are clear after implementation.ย 

  • Risk and Issue Management:Proactivelyย identifyย and manage functional, technical, vendor, delivery, and adoption risks. Escalate issues as needed, drive mitigation plans, andย maintainย visibility to critical dependencies that may affect program success.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.ย 

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems management, IT applications, program delivery, orย a related role.ย 

  • 5+ years of IT experienceย managing and supportingย Trade Promotion, Trade Optimization,ย and revenue growth managementย tools.ย 

  • Demonstrated experience owning or managing enterprise applications, including roadmap planning, demand management, implementation, and enhancement delivery.ย 

  • Strong experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize needs, and translate them into technical solutions.ย 

  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of RGM processes, capabilities, data requirements, and decision-making, including TPM/TPO and pricingย 

  • Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, or third-party application providers, including formal governance and performance reviews.ย 

  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise system implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement programs in a matrixed environment.ย 

  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery practices.ย 

  • Extensive experienceย in project management. PMI certification preferred.ย 

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect businessย processย needs, product direction, and enterprise technology strategy.ย 

  • Strong product ownership and backlog management discipline.ย 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and IT.ย 

  • Strong understanding of core business process flows and how they enable broader commercial capabilities.

  • Ability to manage vendors with appropriate rigor, accountability, and partnership.

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage implementation and enhancement workstreams.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills and sound decision-making judgment.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
