Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills. 
  • Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.) 
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

 Physical Demands 

  • Ability to see and hear, write and speak English.
  • Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.

 Work Environment

  • This position is in-person. You'll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
  • As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
  • In this role, you'll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
