Our team consists of driven individuals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering solutions that inspire confidence. Employees in this role typically earn between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, including base pay, overtime, and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of installers in the application of PolyLevel/Chemical grouting techniques for foundation repair.
  • Coordinate with production managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for PolyLevel and chemical grouting applications.
  • Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the team.
