Team OverviewThe Publicis Groupe Growth team is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration. This team is responsible for driving the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One - the connectivity of the company's four solution hubs (Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) - fostering collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to improve client value. 

Role Overview Within the broader Growth organization, the Groupe Media Solutions team drives Publicis Groupe client adoption of Publicis owned media solutions. 

The Vice President, Groupe Media Solutions will serve as a subject matter authority focused on helping Groupe clients achieve their business goals via Groupe Media Solutions which include APEX Exchange, Epsilon Digital Media, PMX Lift, Epsilon Retail Media, and Influential. As a member of the broader Growth organization, the Vice President, Groupe Media Solutions will collaborate closely with other product subject matter authorities to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities into other Groupe solutions that may be complementary to or incremental to media sales. This team will participate in a compensation structure that rewards achievement of APEX Exchange, Epsilon Digital Media, PMX Lift, Epsilon Retail Media, and Influential media products, as well as other Growth product targets, focused on driving well-rounded client and business growth. The Groupe Media Solutions structure is dedicated to Publicis agencies within given geographies to ensure client alignment and well-rounded subject matter expertise across offerings. 

Responsibilities

    Serve as Groupe Media Solutions primary point of contact to Publicis Groupe accounts and foster continued customer learning by agency teams and clients on the benefits owned Groupe owned media assets.     Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across Media (primary) and team (secondary) Growth target    Identify and employ strategies to connect and cross-sell Groupe solutions to best serve clients    Develop/participate in QBR presentations in tandem with Growth and client leadership     Identify relevant industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe product priorities/roadmap     Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and product partners to ensure successful delivery and positive customer experience    Cultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across all support teams     Contribute to new business and prospecting efforts as needed

Qualifications
  • Ideally 10+ years of ad tech/media sales, agency investment and/or agency client leadership experience with emphasis in digital
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
  • Shown knowledge of digital planning and buying process with understanding of various vendors, different cost methods, various reporting, and delivery validation
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

Compensation Range: $146,490.00 - $230,460.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
