GPMs coordinate cross-functional projects, set strategic direction, and ensure that programs align with business goals. They are involved in resource planning, stakeholder communication, and driving the successful delivery of products or initiatives. The GPM often acts as a bridge between upper management and project teams, ensuring alignment and resolving any escalated issues.

How does a Group Program Manager balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational oversight?

A Group Program Manager typically oversees multiple projects or product lines, which requires balancing long-term strategic goals with the execution of daily operations.
