Job Description:

Lead the strategic direction of an enterprise Judicial software portfolio by partnering with court stakeholders, driving product innovation, modernizing legacy platforms, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions that improve operations across judicial organizations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for a Judicial software portfolio.
  • Partner directly with Clerks of Court, Judges, Attorneys, and other judicial stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize product enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers while collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, platform integration, and legacy product transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities, improve scalability, and support growth across new markets.
  • Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to deliver high-impact product initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in Product Management and 1 year leading or managing Product teams.
  • Strong Judicial or Court Management domain experience with knowledge of court operations, workflows, and key stakeholders.
  • Proven success developing enterprise product strategies, product roadmaps, and long-term platform vision.
  • Experience partnering directly with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into product direction.
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy software products and leading cloud-based transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within GovTech or Public Sector software organizations.
  • Experience leading SaaS product modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity with platform integrations, APIs, and scalable enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience using Jira Product Discovery, Claude, or similar AI-powered product management tools.
  • Experience presenting product strategy to executive leadership, customer advisory boards, or user groups.
  • Experience managing enterprise software products serving government or highly regulated industries.
