Pay: $40 - $45 / Hour.

Position Summary:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple warehouse and distribution locations.

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly operations positions in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a metrics-driven setting, and has the ability to make confident hiring decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience. This position serves as a key recruiting partner to operations leadership and plays a critical role in achieving workforce planning and staffing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting

  • Manage recruiting and hiring activities for assigned warehouse and operations locations.
  • Conduct a high volume of daily interviews while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with business needs.
  • Make hiring recommendations and employment decisions within established guidelines.
  • Present and manage employment offers, including candidate follow-up and offer acceptance.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Business Partnership & Workforce Planning

  • Act as the primary recruiting contact for assigned operations and warehouse leadership teams.
  • Partner with managers to understand hiring forecasts, workforce planning needs, and staffing priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruitment progress.
  • Support hiring initiatives designed to meet seasonal and peak-demand workforce requirements.

Recruiting Metrics & Reporting

  • Achieve recruiting performance goals related to interview volume, hiring targets, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruiting trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Support workforce reporting and talent acquisition analytics as needed.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure candidate evaluations, interview feedback, and hiring decisions are properly documented.
  • Prepare and process employment offers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with onboarding and recruiting operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read Spanish.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or operations hiring preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and business leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with established hiring goals and performance expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for hourly operations, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain roles.
  • Background supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or seasonal workforce ramp-ups.
  • Experience partnering directly with operations leaders and workforce planning teams.
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics and KPI reporting.
