Director Of Operations

With headquarters in California and operations around the world, Jacuzzi Group has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 years. Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Roselle, IL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of production and distribution, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets all safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing, optimizing, and implementing operations strategies as well as transformation plans that align with the global Jacuzzi Group operations strategy, with the aim of achieving both short and long term targets.
  • Delivering expected results in five key areas: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI).
  • Driving initiatives across all operations to reinforce the culture of continuous improvement (Lean).
  • Managing plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure manufacturing and distribution objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Providing leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
  • Building overall site talent including development plan, coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
  • Ensuring plant compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards to deliver products that meet customer requirements.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and procurement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
