Job description

Hourly Pay Range:
$61.80 - $95.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
  • Position: Director, Medical Group Operations
  • This role will oversee operations in the following specialty areas: urology, specialty suites, rheumatology, and palliative care
  • Location: Evanston
  • Full time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health offices in the NorthShore, Swedish Hospital geographic areas is required

What you will do:
  • Reporting to the AVP or VP Medical Group responsible for executing against Medical Group standards across areas of responsibility. Understand the application of the Endeavor Health mission in relation to the Director role and responsibilities. Assume a leadership role in project management and recommend innovative solutions for identified opportunities. Lead and develop management team and support physician leadership to achieve overall growth targets for the area.

What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree required (Masters Degree in Business Administration/Management or Health Administration is preferred)
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience required for a Bachelors prepared applicant; 1 year of relevant work experience required for a Masters prepared applicant (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Preferred Skills: Physician management, financial management, operations management, and EMR experience preferred.
