Managing Director | WealthBridge Financial Group

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. This leadership role focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for mentoring advisors, expanding client portfolios, and ensuring exceptional service delivery consistent with WealthBridge's standards and values. You'll leverage our firm's resources and brand strength to support your vision for growth, while maintaining your own client practice.

This is a PLAYER/COACH role -- you will have a thriving personal practice and lead by example

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice
  • Active Life and Health insurance license required
  • FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning
  • Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
