Job Opportunity

By joining our team in the United States, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise as Finance Manager, playing a key role in leading the Finance & Accounting function and making a direct impact on financial governance, business performance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the US Finance & Accounting function, ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with Group policies.
  • Oversee accounting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and statutory and management reporting.
  • Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and accounts payable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and support system improvements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Corporate Finance, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the Accounting team, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional departments. 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
  • CPA or equivalent qualification is considered a strong plus. 
  • Significant experience in finance and accounting roles with progressive leadership responsibility. 
  • Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and working capital management. 
  • Solid knowledge of US accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements. 
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or similarly complex service environments is highly preferred. 
  • Experience working in international organizations and coordinating with HQ is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
