Job description

SUMMARY OF ROLE
This position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and improving the grounds of all CrossPointe owned properies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Trim and fertilize lawns, shrubs, and trees regularly
  • Maintain the comprehensive care of the CrossPointe Waterfall Gardens
  • Provide regular maintenance to all of our lawn care equipment and vehicles
  • Assist in winter snow and ice removal from roads and walkways
  • Apply pesticides and weed control as needed
  • Assist in the campus recycling program
  • Maintain trash bins, lawns, walks and mulching areas
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by team leader

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
  • Demonstrates humility and a growth mindset with an attitude of servant-leadership; placing serving over being served and collaboration over individualization
  • A commitment to The Foursquare "one-team" growth culture
  • At least 4 years of grounds keeping and maintenance experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear communicator

  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity of fingers, hands and wrists; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the phone; have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.
