About the Role:
The Oregon Woodsmen LLC is looking for a hardworking and motivated Tree Service Groundsman to join their crew in Rickreall, OR. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll be part of a skilled team keeping properties safe, beautiful, and healthy through professional tree care. If you love working outside and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist arborists and climbers with tree removal, trimming, and pruning operations
  • Operate and feed brush chippers
  • Clear and haul debris, brush, and logs from job sites
  • Set up and maintain job site safety zones and traffic control as needed
  • Perform proper rigging and rope handling to safely lower branches and sections
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of chainsaw operation and hand tools is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well on a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
