Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day support in execution of all scope for the Patriot Ground Product Line (PPL). You will be a liaison between the GP Ground Product Line Senior Director and the IPTs, CPTs and the Program Management Office(s) (PMOs) and will be accountable for supporting execution to contract requirements including Development, Production, Schedule, and technical performance. You will also support new and sustaining business activities to include proposals, appropriations requests (ARs), and strategic planning, with a focus on product line optimization, affordability, and continuous production. What You Will Do: * Serve as a liaison between the GP Ground Product Line LT and the IPT and Program Management Office(s)
* Accountable for supporting successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance by ensuring actions and tasks are executed and completed in the timeline needed.
* Apply disciplined program management processes and tools to support successful execution of program requirements
* Work closely with the IPTs, Sub-IPTs, Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and Program Management team
* Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have: * A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
* Experience in program management
* Experience with action item tracking and associated tools
* Experience working with cross-functional teams Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience with RTX Lifecyle Program Management (RLPM) or equivalent system
