EMR is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team in Camden, NJ. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across our EMR locations. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The pay for this role is $15.92/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways to ensure a clean environment.
  • Eliminate graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties.
  • Perform weed abatement to keep all EMR properties looking neat and well-maintained.
  • Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties.
  • Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions.
