Grote Mitsubishi is looking for a Customer Engagement Team Lead to oversee our call center operations and help deliver a world-class customer experience.


This position combines leadership, customer service, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others succeed while maintaining a high standard of customer communication.



Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the call center team, monitor inbound and outbound customer communications, coach team members on phone skills, follow-up and appointment setting, track daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics, work closely with sales leadership to maximize opportunities, and create a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Automotive call center, retail, or customer service background
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to coach and develop others
