Job description

Job Summary:
Humano is currently seeking Seasonal Picking and Packing Associates for a warehouse site. We are hiring 15 associates for 2nd shift full time operations. Team members will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available schedules include:

  • Sunday Thursday
  • Saturday Wednesday

Shift start time is 2:00 PM. The starting pay rate for this position is $18.50 per hour. Humano also offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Experience in picking, packing, scanning, or other warehouse duties preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare products for shipment and staging
  • Use scanners or warehouse systems as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and productivity expectations
