Job Summary:

The Grocery/Center Store Manager oversees purchasing, merchandising, and overall operations for grocery, wellness, bulk, and related sections.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervises Grocery Leads and Grocery Team Members.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and resets.
  • Coordinates shelf planning, planograms, and merchandising standards.
  • Builds relationships with distributors and local producers.
  • Monitors department sales, margins, and shrink
  • Ensures accurate signage and promotional materials.
  • Trains staff in stocking standards, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with natural foods and local product sourcing.
  • Strong merchandising skills.
  • Ability to track trends and adjust product mix accordingly.


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
