SERVICE TECHNICIAN


SALARY: $19.00-$22.00/hour

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE

HOURS: FULL TIME

LOCATION: Springfield, Missouri


Our Service Department in Springfield, Missouri is looking to hire for a Service Technician that will operate during our 1st shift. Successful applicants will have excellent mechanical skills and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy, and productivity to ensure that our customers receive the excellent customer service they have learned to expect from Grizzly Industrial. This position also prefers at least 2 yearsโ€™ experience as a safe and accurate forklift operator and basic computer literacy. Employees will be required to furnish their own tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to repair and replace defective parts
  • Assemble and test woodworking and metalworking machines
  • Perform electrical repairs
  • Assessment of freight damage to machines
  • Clean and maintain machines and machine parts
  • Use measuring tools and all types of hand tools
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need.

Job Requirements:

  • High mechanical aptitude
  • 2 years of mechanical, woodworking, or electrical experience
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to lift 75lbs
