OVERNIGHT WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Join the team at Sanwa Food Group! We are seeking an experienced Overnight Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations during overnight hours, oversee warehouse staff, and ensure products are received, stored, selected, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage overnight warehouse operations and team performance
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates and leads
  • Ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety standards are met
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, order selection, and shipping activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
This is a hands-on, physically demanding management position requiring active involvement in daily warehouse operations. The Overnight Warehouse Manager is expected to lead by example and assist with warehouse functions as needed. As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks assigned by management or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations of this position.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of warehouse leadership or management experience
  • Previous produce, food distribution, or perishable inventory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment required
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more and work in warehouse, cooler, freezer, and outdoor environments
