As aRoasting & Grinding Operator(3rd shift) you play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that raw materials are transformed into high-quality products. This position involves operating and maintaining roasting and grinding equipment to achieve optimal flavor profiles and consistency. The operator will monitor the roasting process, adjusting parameters as necessary to meet production standards and specifications. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting quality checks and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.How will you contribute:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
