• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate each client’s needs, presenting issues, and treatment objectives, ensuring a holistic understanding of their psychological state.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating their goals, backgrounds, and preferences to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with clients to engage them in their treatment journey and monitor progress through structured feedback sessions, ensuring a dynamic and responsive therapeutic process.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements concerning confidentiality and patient rights, fostering trust within the therapeutic relationship.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic practices to enhance personal skills and improve patient outcomes.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with patients and families facing end-of-life challenges, including terminal illness and grief. Your expertise in addressing complex emotional needs will be vital in helping clients process their experiences, build resilience, and find meaning during this significant phase of life. Through tailored interventions, you will support individuals and families in fostering connections, managing emotions, and navigating the end-of-life journey with dignity.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of various therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to successfully manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in a hospice or end-of-life care environment, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to implementing best practices in therapy.
