• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and establish effective treatment plans based on diverse therapeutic modalities.

Our ideal clients include individuals grappling with grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work with a diverse demographic, ranging from adolescents to adults, each with unique challenges and stories. • A current and valid state license for LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach across various client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle various client caseloads.

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, candidates with prior experience in clinical settings, particularly those who have worked in grief counseling or trauma-informed care, will be given preference. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, and proficiency in delivering services via telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.
