Job description

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a Hospitality and Gridiron Hall Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Hospitality and Gridiron Hall Manager in facilitating the operations of the Indianapolis Colts Gridiron Hall events center while supporting the organization's overall vision and mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide pre-event preparation and onsite support to clients and vendors during assigned events
  • Handle any of the amenities that Gridiron Hall offers
  • Support operations of Colts Gridiron Hall
    • Assist with planning and execution of event set-up and tear-down
    • Contribute to the general upkeep and function of Gridiron Hall
    • Assist with audio-visual support for events
    • Manage and maintain Gridiron Hall inventory and storage spaces
    • Participate in submitting and monitoring all maintenance, custodial, grounds, and other service requests to the Facilities Department as well as outside vendors
    • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs
    • Order supplies for Gridiron Hall as needed
  • Execute and maintain a weekly Gridiron Hall event schedule for operational departments
  • Maintain client database
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional guest, partner, and client experience
  • Remain an objective observer of the standards of service to ensure guest expectations of the brand and team are met
  • Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Support all Gridiron Hall and team events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4-year degree in Hospitality, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or event management industry preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgement in fast paced situations
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
