Position Overview Salary: 75k + Bonus We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales & Catering Manager to lead all sales, group, and catering efforts for our boutique hotel. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue while preserving the hotel's unique identity, service culture, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in relationship-based selling, creative market positioning, and collaborative leadership.

Experience and Skills: Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive group, and catering revenue. Achieve and exceed budgeted room, catering, and total revenue goals.. Collaborate with the GM and revenue management on forecasting, pace, and strategy

Group, Catering & Events Lead all group and catering sales efforts, including weddings, social events, corporate meetings, and buyouts. Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and event conversion. Partner closely with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Ensure event profitability while maintaining brand standards and service excellence. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in hotels, preferably boutique or lifestyle properties. Proven success driving group, catering, and total revenue.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working closely with revenue management and operations teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business demands.
