This role will primarily involve providing clerical and administrative support across multiple departments, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, and maintaining efficient office operations. Duties & Responsibilities: Front Office & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing accurate information to callers in a professional and friendly manner. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive organizational and personnel information. Mail & Communications Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and communications in a timely manner. Office Operations: Operate standard office equipment including phones, computers, printers, scanners, and copiers; ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. Data Entry & Systems Management: Enter, update, verify, store, and retrieve information using computerized systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Records & Filing Management: Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems, records, and databases; ensure data is accurate and easily retrievable. Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents; attend meetings and record meeting minutes for distribution.
