Summary:

The Enrollment Development Specialist is responsible for supporting Greenheart Travel enrollment goals by conducting outbound calls to eligible leads, qualifying prospective participants and families, and scheduling Calendly sales calls with the appropriate Greenheart Travel team member. This role is focused on timely lead follow-up, consistent outreach, and helping prospective travelers move from inquiry to advising call. The Enrollment Development Specialist may also assist with lead tracking, CRM updates, follow-up communications, and departmental recruitment projects as assigned.


Requirements, qualifications and skills:

• Exceptionally detail-oriented and strong documentation skills.

• 2 years of sales and/or industry experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone and through email.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills when working with students and families.

• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars using Calendly or similar platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).

• Experience with CRM Systems, preferably salesforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Call eligible Greenheart Travel leads to encourage next-step engagement and schedule sales calls through Calendly.

• Conduct timely and consistent follow-up with prospective students and families by phone and email.

• Qualify leads based on program interest, age, timeline, destination preferences, and general eligibility.

• Schedule prospective families and students for sales calls with the appropriate Greenheart Travel team member.

• Accurately update lead records, call notes, contact outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce.

• Track outreach activity, including number of calls made, contacts reached, sales calls scheduled, and enrollments attributed to outreach.

• Assist with re-engagement of older eligible leads, incomplete applications, and prospective families who have not yet scheduled an advising call.

• Respond to basic program inquiries using approved Greenheart Travel talking points and guidelines.

• Escalate detailed program, pricing, medical, visa, or eligibility questions to the appropriate Greenheart Travel team member.

• Support enrollment and recruitment projects as assigned.

• Answer telephones and respond to callers or hand off calls according to organizational guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $24-$28/hour

This position is eligible for performance-based incentives on top of base hourly rate.
