Position Purpose: The Post Closing/Shipping Specialist must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.

Green Brick Mortgage is seeking a dedicated Post Closing/Shipping Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. As a Post Closing/Shipping Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and ensuring compliance with all requirements.


• Review and verify closed loan files for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver loan files to investors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.
• Resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of post-closing activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Supervision of Others: N/A

Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:
Utilizes discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations.


Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of post-closing procedures and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in post-closing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.
