In this full-time role, you will work closely with our sales team, taking on diverse responsibilities that will allow you to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Honey Green’s product lines to effectively educate customers and consumers.
  • Own & advocate Honey Green’s brand awareness and engagement initiatives to drive both B2B and B2C growth.
  • Assist Sales Executives in managing visual merchandising and product placement within assigned dispensary accounts.
  • Constant communication and support of your Regional Sales Director.
  • Conduct budtender training sessions to promote education and brand awareness.
  • Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intelligence.
  • Capture video and photo content of in-store events for social media purposes.
  • Activate in-house brands and represent them at customer-facing events such as trade shows and expos.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion regarding company matters.
  • Stay informed on the Missouri cannabis market, tracking trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each client.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Customer-focused with the proper understanding of customer pain points and desires, to then make consultative sales recommendations.
  • Prospect and qualify potential high-volume B2B buyers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support on-the-ground campaigns aimed at educating consumers, driving traffic and sales, increasing consumer awareness, and growing market share.

Administrative Work

  • In-market research, data collection, and broad understanding of competitive products and landscape

  • Coordinate wholesale buyer in-store displays, marketing materials, and merchandise giveaways.
  • Support Sales Executives with data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRM and customer databases, track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize performance.
  • Manage time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with precision.

Work Environment

  • As a Brand Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home, providing a comfortable and personalized workspace. However, this role also requires significant travel within your designated region to attend events, conduct training sessions, and engage with clients. You will work with your Sales Director to manage your schedule and balance remote work with in-person activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external teams.
  • While on the road, you'll have the opportunity to experience a variety of work settings; from retail environments to large-scale industry events, keeping your daily routine dynamic and engaging.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular travel within the designated region is required, including driving and occasional overnight stays. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during events, training sessions, and in-store visits.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items up to 35 pounds, such as marketing materials, event setups, and product samples.
  • Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and other digital tools necessary for remote work, communication, and data entry.
  • Adaptability to varying work environments and ability to manage time effectively to meet the demands of both remote and on-the-ground initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age, or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
