Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will be an ambassador of Pure Green’s mission and values, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From preparing fresh smoothies and acai bowls to interacting with guests, you’ll be a vital part of the team, ensuring every customer leaves happy and energized.

We provide on-the-job training and welcome applicants with limited or non-traditional work experience. If you're looking for a supportive team and a place to grow, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

● Provide friendly, welcoming service and engage with guests in a positive and professional manner.

● Prepare and serve menu items, including smoothies, acai bowls, and toast, following recipes and food safety guidelines.

● Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front line, kitchen, and guest areas.

● Assist with stocking supplies and ensuring the store remains fully equipped.

● Accurately process transactions using the POS system.

● Promote our loyalty program and guide customers through our menu options.

● Support the store’s social media presence by contributing to content creation when needed.

What We’re Looking For 

The position is for day shifts and some weekends.

  • Opening shift Monday - Friday starts at 6:30AM and ends 2:30PM.
  • 2nd shift Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM.
