Responsibilities
  • Remove food from plates
  • Pre-rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware, and load them into the dishwasher
  • Unload the dishwasher and put items away in the proper areas
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings
  •  Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
