We are seeking a driven, competitive, and resilient professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Specialist. This role is a direct path to an outside sales career, perfect for a high-energy individual who is ready to learn the ropes of the professional services industry. You will be responsible for building our sales pipeline by engaging with C-suite executives and identifying new partnership opportunities. What You'll Do:
  • Research and cultivate targeted lead lists to identify key decision-makers
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to connect with CEOs, CFOs, and other executive leadership
  • Secure qualified first-time appointments for our external sales team
  • Follow up strategically on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
